QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to lift & carry equipment (up to 50 lbs.)

• Demonstrated ability supporting PCs, Chromebooks, projectors, interactive panels, printers.
• Able to instruct staff and students on the use of technology when needed.
• Ability to research new technologies and support uses of existing technology equipment.

• Be able to work independently in an efficient manner.
• Experience with Windows Imaging tools such as FOG, MDT, etc. required.
• Windows Server Active Directory installation, configuration & administration required.
• Ability to troubleshoot switches and wireless APs and network.
• Google Administrator Certification desired.
• Google Admin Console Administration
• Experience using G Suite Apps.
• A and Network Certifications are a plus but not required.
• Successful BCI & FBI background checks.
• Successful drug test

POSITION DUTIES:

• Account management for students and staff in multiple systems.
• PC and Chromebook Inventory, Deployment, and Troubleshooting.
• Assist Google Admin Console Management.
• Active Directory/Domain Controller administration.
• Windows Imaging.
• Network and wireless LAN troubleshooting and fix.
• Computer hardware troubleshooting & fix.
• Installation, Configuring and Troubleshooting of many software programs/apps.
• iPad management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time
