Visual Associate | A|X Queens Center | Full-Time

As an associate with Giorgio Armani Corporation, you will be part of a diverse team, who you will work with to drive sales, support an excellent client experience, and ensure the store operates efficiently and effectively. Your ability to combine entrepreneurial spirit, passion for the brand and knowledge of the luxury/retail business with organizational skills to support the store will greatly influence the client and associate experience.

As a Visual Associate, you will assist in the execution of visual presentation and merchandising strategies. Your daily presence on the sales floor will provide you the opportunity to understand the business on the front line, and you will have the opportunity to use the insights to improve the store’s business. You will help shape and execute store strategies to build a store environment that represents the brand and provides an excellent client experience to drive revenue.

To succeed in this role you will operate with integrity, have a strong team mindset and be results driven. As a member of the Visual team, you will be responsible for driving sales by well-executed and timely strategies, as well as markdown execution of all visual collateral and fixtures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Preferred retail experience in a similar position
• High School diploma/GED preferred
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for working as a team
• Preferred Retail System knowledge
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate within the range of $20.00, plus the opportunity to participate on a bonus or commission benefit plan depending by brand, with a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plans with employer contributions. Please note, salaries will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
