Job description
We are looking for shift managers to help grow a brand new pizza chain in the Kettering/Dayton area. We are looking for self-motivated, goal oriented, fun individuals with strong leadership abilities and a knack for motivating their crew. Our Assistant Managers help the General Manager handle the day-to-day responsibilities of running the store while focusing on customer service, quality product, financial health, leadership and staff development, employee morale, and store security. Looking for a candidate with growth potential to quickly get promoted to GM position for any of our new locations.
Our Assistant Managers receive extensive in-store training.

Responsibilities and Requirements
- Day-to-day operation of the store
- Leader in Customer Service
- Ability to lead crew members
- Ability to develop a management team
- Able to create the perfect pizza
- Manage food and labor costs
- Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards
- Resolve tough issues internally and with customers
- Valid Driver’s License
- Basic Math Skills
- 18 Years old

Salary: $10.00 to $14.00 /hour
