Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and support daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling or visiting
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently while following company policies
- Assist customers in locating products and provide information about products
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Restock shelves and ensure merchandise displays are appealing

Skills:
- Experience in product demos and sales preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish or bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of electronics, jewelry, or technical sales is advantageous
- Strong phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries
- Proficiency in stock management to ensure inventory levels are maintained

Pay: $18.43 - $22.20 per hour
