Our company is inquiring for a ServiceNow Architect to assist one of our federal clients. We are looking for an individual with ServiceNow solution architecting experience and a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices. Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors’ in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline

5 years of experience in ServiceNow solution architecting

Must have or be able to obtain Public Trust

Possess excellent communication & problem-solving skills

ServiceNow certifications a plus

Qualifications:

Provide recommendations tailored to the customer’s needs based on your deep understanding of ServiceNow offerings, capabilities, customization, and integration best practices

Design ServiceNow solutions per customer specifications and in line with applicable security requirements

Assist with solution implementation and code reviews

Monitor system performance to identify & address issues, & provide guidance on any additional measures to enhance performance

Coordinate between developers and business analysts to ensure execution of ServiceNow needs, including testing, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and maintenance

Develop and update technical documentation

Keep up-to-date on ServiceNow industry trends, best practices, and upcoming or new features
