Gillespie Group is seeking a Service Technician to join our GG family for our downtown Lansing apartment communities! Our ideal team member is self-motivated, customer service focused and a team player. Potential candidates should be able to perform minor plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and landscape work as well as participate in the rotating on-call scheduled. A valid driver's license and clear background check is required.

Requirements

• Complete basic service tasks
• Prepping apartments for new tenants
• Snow removal and/or shoveling
• Grounds maintenance
• Keep maintenance show organized
• Coordinates activities daily with maintenance supervisor
• Performs preventative maintenance on exterior
• Works directly with vendors
• Must interact with residents in a positive and professional manner
