We are seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join a local warehouse team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts to move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will contribute to the efficient and smooth operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Load and unload materials from trucks or storage areas using forklifts
- Transport materials to designated areas within the warehouse
- Stack and organize products in designated storage areas
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues or malfunctions
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with inventory control by accurately counting and recording materials
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or similar role
- Valid certification to operate a forklift (Hi-Lo, Reach truck, etc.)
- Proficient in operating warehouse management systems (WMS) and order pickers
- Strong understanding of basic math for inventory management purposes
- Ability to load and unload materials of various weights, including heavy lifting
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
