Gill Estates LLC is Hiring a Project Manager Near Bellingham, WA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing home renovation projects and skilled sub contractors to ensure quality and timely, successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Learn and utilize our online project management software to keep records, upload POs, keep/estimate progress of projects, and communicate with managers.
- Lead project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation to closure, while staying in communication during all phases.
- Collect and analyze project data to monitor performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively to achieve project goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the project team members for successful project completion.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in project planning, implementation, and team management.
- Ability to learn and use CRM and/or project management software. Tech savvy!
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both sub contractors and managers.
- Ability to collect and analyze data to make informed decisions during the project lifecycle.
