Peerless Restoration, a distinguished provider of emergency fire, water, mold remediation, and disaster recovery services, is seeking a dedicated Water Mitigation Technician and Helpers to join our team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality restoration services to our valued clients. Responsibilities

• Execute water/fire/smoke damage and mold remediation tasks as directed, including water extraction, pack-out of contents, removal and disposal of non-salvageable materials, cleaning, light construction, and demolition.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or customer issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Complete assigned tasks in accordance with company processes and guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow instructions.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Availability for on-call rotation.
• Must pass Respirator Fit test.

Compensation

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience.
