Using remarkable people skills to create strong connections with discerning clients, the right candidate will also possess the positive energy and strength to guide and direct powerful and important clients through the design / build process.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven kitchen and bath remodeling design experience
• Understanding the basics of kitchen cabinetry layouts and concepts
• Technical abilities for the concise measure and layout of kitchens and baths
• Ability to guide homeowners in the product selection process to produce amazing results
• Strong ego for your talent – humble cohesive attitude towards service and team
• Prior experience with the ability to present as an industry expert
• Solid knowledge of quality cabinetry, design, layout, and planning
• 3 years of proficiency with Kitchen/Interior Design software – (20/20 & Chief Architect specifically)
• Organizational and scheduling skills
• Ability to consult with clients, expertly in our Design Center, to assist clients in realizing their remodeling vision.

Preferred but not required:

• Kitchen Design Certification (CKBD)
• NCIDQ and / or ASID

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

• Design Software: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CKBD, NCIDQ, and / or ASID (Preferred)
