Gilbane Development Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a historical residential development in Watertown, Massachusetts. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for daily physical building-related activities to implement and maintain energy management, preventive maintenance, high-quality standards, operating objectives, and goals of the owner. We are seeking a hard working and assertive individual who is interested in not only protecting but maximizing the value of the property.
Responsible for performing tasks that may be assigned in the most efficient and workmanlike manner appropriate with his/her training and capabilities in the best interest of the Property to serve its tenants. Perform other functions assigned, maintaining the quality and quantity of his/her work up to acceptable Gilbane standards and in accordance with established policies. Responsible for representing Gilbane to the tenants and the general public in a manner that promotes positive relationships.
Team member will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and assist others in a common effort to promote good will and company growth.
