Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the store
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Assist in managing inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Help create attractive displays to promote products and drive sales
- Train and supervise staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and provide excellent customer service
- Assist in scheduling employees and managing payroll
- Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies to increase sales and meet targets
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail management is preferred
- Strong mathematical skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a well-functioning store
- Ability to sell products effectively and meet sales goals
- Knowledge of retail sales principles and customer service practices
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of employees
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) to effectively communicate with diverse customers
- Familiarity with employee orientation processes
