Are you looking for the most fun childcare job ever?
Ok, maybe we are a little biased but really, we think we are an awesome place to work and our entire focus is fun. We want kids to have fun and we want a team that can have fun with them while keeping them safe and happy. How cool is that?? We have been at this 15 years now and we think we do it better than anyone.
Does it sound too good to be true? Well, there are some parts that aren't super awesome.
1. you won't get rich working her. We start at $13 per hour but be do have lots of room to be rewarded for you hard work and advance. And that is more than most childcare jobs start at.
2. We primarily need someone to work daytime shift but also occasionally to work evening shifts (1:30-9 or 3:00-10:00) and on Saturdays-but we are closed on Sundays so you will ALWAYS have Sundays off. Sometimes we will need you to flexible with your schedule to cover shifts when things come up.
3. Sometimes kids cry-shocker, I know. And, you will have to change diapers but hey, that goes with the territory, right?!
Ok, want to hear the awesome parts now?
1. Kids are the best! They will love you and give your hugs and sometimes squeal with joy and run to you when you walk into work. I can tell you, its an awesome feeling.
2. It's fun! Your job is literally to play with kids and make sure that they have fun. You can come up with new games or crafts and all ideas are welcome and the kids love it when you organize a spontaneous activity for them. We have a daily schedule that we follow but we also mostly just want you to be fun and make kids happy.
3. The hours are flexible. We are used to working around schedules and so when you need off for your cousin's wedding in Montana, we will bend over backward to make sure that you have the time off that you need.
Does this sound like a team that you want to be a part of? Great!! We would love to meet you!
