This position is part of the finance team at Gifted Travel Network (GTN) which is responsible for ensuring our travel advisors (Independent Contractors) are paid their commissions in a timely fashion and helping them troubleshoot any issues they may experience. This is not a remote position. This position would require you to work in our office in Mooresville, NC.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves leading a dynamic team and helping others succeed, while having a strong background and appreciation for finance. This requires confidence in learning new technology platforms and a friendly, patient, and reassuring presence via in person encounters, email, phone, and video calls.

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following items:
· Ensure timely response to commissions@ inbox inquiries and troubleshooting of issues.
· Triage escalations and determine appropriate course of action.
Requirements:
· Business management background with a hands-on approach with team and process management.
· Strong desire to help others through professional, yet heart-centered, mentoring of team growth.
· Experience in creating and implementing Budgets.
· Flexibility is critical to success as this is a fast-paced and quickly growing company.
· Ability to operate independently and to proactively research answers; be solution focused.
· Patience, a calm demeanor, and ability to work with people of varied personalities.
· Excellent attention to detail
· Outstanding communication skills – both written and oral
· High level of agility and adaptability
· 3-5 years management experience
· Finance, accounting or analysis background.
· Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
· Mastery of computer systems
· Minimum BA or BS, preferably degree in Business or Finance
