Gifted Souls TEXAS LLC, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in providing mental health services to clients in the DFW area. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing patient care and support to individuals with various mental health conditions The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapeutic interventions, counseling, and support to individuals of all ages. Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments to determine mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals in need.
• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to promote positive behavior change.
• Developing individualized treatment plans and goals in collaboration with clients
• Providing evidence-based psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families
• Facilitating support groups and workshops on various mental health topics
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and community resources to coordinate care for clients.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans
• Adhering to ethical and professional standards set forth by the Texas State Board of Social Work Examiners

Skills

• Strong patient care skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion
• Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices
• Ability to perform patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Proficiency in crisis intervention techniques
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited program
• Current LCSW license in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting
• Experience working with diverse populations and age groups.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapies and interventions for mental health disorders
