Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Process transactions accurately using cash registers or other payment methods
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist in restocking merchandise and monitoring inventory levels
- Meet and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred
- Proficiency in retail math for transactions and inventory management
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of jewelry sales techniques is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Experience in technology sales is advantageous
- Multilingual abilities, especially Spanish, are beneficial
- Cash handling experience is preferred

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
