Day in the Life of a Mini Golf Attendant:

• Greet and take care of all customers in a welcoming and friendly manner
• Explain Golf course rules to patrons.
• General cash handling and transaction tendering.
• Stocks Clubhouse with waters, clubs, balls, pencils scorecards.
• Keeps Clubhouse clean and organized.
• Cleaning, washing, sweeping, weeding, yard work, exterior trash pickup, maintaining a clean port-o-potty etc. of the course and property no matter what the weather conditions.
• Contribute to an environment where we create Moments of Magic for our team & guests.
• Hustle, hustle, hustle – whether there’s a line out the door or we’ve hit a slow spell.
• Provide stellar customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and stay focused under pressure.
• Mini-golf connoisseur- Enthusiastically share Course knowledge and Club size recommendations with customers.
• Respect safety and quality standards to create a consistently joyful experience for our customers.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards – keeping the stand sparkling clean!
• Have fun and be you! We recognize the value different perspectives & cultures bring to an organization.
• Willingness to be crossed trained to support Stand Family as needed.

Mini Golf Attendant Qualifications: We are proud to be a first-job employer! No previous work experience required.

• 15 years or older
• Will be required to work outside in fact most of the shift is spent outdoors.
• Not afraid to get dirty doing Cleaning, maintaining a clean port-o-potty, yard work, trash pickup, etc. of the course and property no matter what the weather conditions.
• Will be required to use leaf blower, rake, broom and other miscellaneous yard tools to maintain the course and property.
• Available to work entire season or during the summer months (Holidays Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day Weekends Mandatory).
• Must have reliable transportation and flexible availability (daytime, nighttime, weekend, and holidays)
• Can add to our fun environment!
• You can communicate clearly in an unapologetically positive manner to all people – customers, fellow stand family, and supervisors.
• Ability to take direction
• Must be able to perform physically demanding tasks such as standing and walking for long periods of time, with constant moving, kneeling, bending, lifting, reaching and turning during all shifts.
• Ability to stay focused and productive when working alone
• Must be able to reach and grasp with hands, talk and hear from far away and in close proximity, taste and smell.
• Ability to work around course equipment with moving parts
• Must be able to climb ladders, balance, stoop, kneel and crouch while also being able to lift and move up to at least 20 pounds, but occasionally up to 50 pounds or more.
• To make sure that Gifford’s is a clean, safe and fun environment for both customers and family members.
• Attendance is an essential function of the job.
