Summary : Count and verify plastic cards, pack as per order instructions. Verify information is correct according to paperwork utilizing current ERP system.

Accountability for accuracy of counts and transactions. Maintain proper security requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Shrink wrap sleeves of cards, label, put into cartons, etc
• Responsible of ensuring paperwork and counts are correct before being shipped to the customer.
• Process shipments using FEDEX / UPS systems or other trucking manifests as required.
• Required to process or create various shipping documents as needed.
• Load / unload trucks using forklift or pallet jack.
• Pull quality samples for jobs for verification of quality of product
• Communicate with management and customers as required
• Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills :

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lb boxes
• Ability to use a forklift and / or pallet jack
• Must have basic computer and math skills
• Must have flexibility with job demands
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with computer technology (i.e. ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite).
• Able to stand on concrete for long periods of time.
• Other duties as assigned.
