Description of Role:
Our growing company needs a reliable, organized manager to manage, Schedule, and track raw products in order to ensure continuity of supply and to meet the company’s operational needs, taking into account current contracts, crop availability, and price.
Duties:
· Schedule deliveries from vendors
· Ensures conformance to customer requirements establishing stock levels, purchasing product to meet quality standards and maintaining cost structures
· Ensures delivery is met by scheduling shipments and directing returns
· Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing vendor information and implementing corrective actions as required
· Establish safety stock levels for each plant
· Develop and maintain raw material specifications
· Verify inventory counts
· Manage stock rotation
· Manage internal stock transfers between plants
· Establish purchasing lead times for each raw material
Qualifications:
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Excellent organizational skills
· Possess a high level of productivity
· Ability to multitask
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
