Digital Events Coordinator

GIE Media, Inc., a b-to-b media company serving a wide range of industries, is seeking a Digital Events Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience in working on webinars/virtual events. The candidate will work closely with internal staff, clients, and speakers to administer and coordinate webinars/virtual events.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Manage all aspects of virtual event planning while meeting strict deadlines across multiple industries.
• Coordinate with internal staff, clients, speakers and others to establish needs for events, and serve as liaison throughout the planning process.
• Schedule and coordinate pre-event introductory calls, rainings, and rehearsals with clients, sponsors, partners and internal staff.
• Coordinate all aspects of speaker management including setting up virtual events, email outreach, follow up, production scheduling, recordings, etc.
• Assist in coordinating virtual event agendas and deliver necessary content on time, including presentation slides, speaker information, headshots, company logos, etc.
• Oversee internal client experiences from conception through post-event, preparations, production, and ensuring consistent, high-level service throughout all phases.
• Troubleshoot and handle any issues that arise on the event day.
