Vice President of Operations - MultiFamily
Gibson Plumbing Company is looking for a dynamic leader to lead our MultiFamily operation. The ideal candidate is an individual with a proven track record of delivering operational excellence for a large company, leading and developing the management team, and must be able to handle over 100 MultiFamily jobs. We service all major Texas markets.
Essential Job Functions:
- Drive the execution culture throughout entire MultiFamily organization
- Business and Sales leadership
- Manage Sales, Pre-Con, and Operations team to achieve combined goals
- Develop and maintain key customer relationships
- Contract review and negotiation
- Dispute resolution with customers
- Liaison between project management team and customer to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Liaison between operations team, support services, and vendors to streamline and smooth operational efficiency
- Responsible for MultiFamily P&L
- Analyze operational results and develop systems to improve performance
- Review warranty calls for recurring issues
- Design, implement and manage best practice construction process models
- Build and train qualified subcontractor base for current needs and expansion
Position Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Strong management skills
- Ability to travel
Qualifications and Experience
- 5 years managing a construction organization
- Project Management skills a plus
