Gibson County Special School District is currently accepting applications for a Pre-K Educational Assistant.

Position Summary : The Pre-K Educational Assistant is responsible for assisting the classroom teacher in educating and meeting the needs of student(s) while under his or her care.

Required Education / Certification / Endorsement :

Official employment is contingent upon :

• High School Diploma or GED AND have successfully Passed the Praxis ParaPro Assessment as the statewide test for paraprofessionals; OR
• 48 Hours of post-secondary education
