Associate Attorney: 5 Years of Experience

Gibbs Law Group LLP is an award-winning law firm representing plaintiffs in complex, class, and collective actions in state and federal courts, including appeals, across the country. The firm takes on industry giants and brings justice to plaintiffs in class and mass actions, mass arbitrations, whistleblower lawsuits, and individual personal injury cases. We are seeking an attorney with five years of experience, including some experience with employment law. The ideal candidate will be committed to employee rights and genuinely interested in practicing law in a demanding litigation environment. The position requires superior organizational and writing skills, the willingness to work respectfully in a team environment, and the ability to manage deadlines in multiple related cases.

The base compensation range for this role is $150,000-$200,000 annually depending on experience, plus discretionary bonuses and benefits. Requirements:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Admission to the California Bar and in good standing
• At least three years of litigation experience
