The perfect leasing rockstar will naturally:

Ø Exhibit a positive and professional first impression to all residents, and prospects.

Ø Convert leads into building tours by timely responding to all prospect inquiries and provide valuable information about Alcove and the downtown neighborhood.

Ø Guide energetic and personalized tours of Alcove resulting in new lease applications.

Ø Work some weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home.

Ø Deliver exemplary customer service to our current residents whether assisting with concierge services, maintenance service requests or executing the renewal lease.
