Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveillance to detect and apprehend individuals involved in illegal activities
- Monitor CCTV cameras and other security systems to identify potential threats or suspicious behavior
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to investigate and resolve criminal incidents
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities
- Implement and enforce loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and shrinkage
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and other security-related incidents in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and concerns
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and security protocols

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in law enforcement, security, or a related field is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for report writing and interacting with team members and customers
- Knowledge of criminal investigation techniques and procedures
- Ability to effectively manage conflicts and handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Proficient in surveillance techniques and the operation of CCTV systems
- Possession of a valid security certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and practices
