GI Alliance of Illinois/Glenview is seeking a full-time highly motivated Medical Receptionist to work at our Glenview location.

Duties include but are not limited to having the ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment, while presenting a professional disposition and maintaining a high level of customer service. Answering a multi-line phone system; directing callers/messages to appropriate individuals. Greeting and checking in patients; collecting co-pays verifying and updating insurance and demographic information. Scheduling of office and procedure appointments, Scanning, and indexing documents into the Electronic Health Record.

Qualification Requirements:

Two years’ experience preferred; excellent communication skills both in person and over the telephone; ability to multi-task; detail oriented with good computer skills (gGastro PM/EMR preferred). Bi-lingual skills are desirable but not required
