Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Team, nurses who have experience in Med/tele units are welcomed! As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to patients in a medical/surgical, telemetry setting. This is a full-time contracted position with competitive pay and benefits.

Nurses for this position, will be looking at a pay scale of $1,900 - $2,170 weekly for travel and if living locally to the facility, $55 an hour.

Duties:

- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments on patients

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities

- Provide emotional support to patients and their families throughout the treatment process

- Document patient information accurately and timely using electronic health record systems (e.g., Epic, Athenahealth)

Qualifications:

- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of IL

- BSN or ASN in Nursing

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Med/tele nursing

- Current BLS, ACLS certification
