GHR Search is search is partnered with an outpatient clinic in Philadelphia that is in search of Registered Nurses to join their team on a 13-Week contract with the opportunity to become permanent. Responsibilities
This position involves acting as a practice-based nurse to support on-site healthcare providers in delivering high-quality primary care. Responsibilities include managing diagnostic orders and medication refills, overseeing patient records, leading panel management, ensuring member follow-up, coordinating services, engaging members telephonically, participating in team huddles, and providing nursing interventions as needed. Minimum qualifications include an active RN license, 3 years of relevant experience, CPR certification, proficiency in clinical nursing skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Schedule
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm (No Nights/Weekends/On-Call)
Compensation
$46-$48/hour
Benefits
Eligible after 30 days
