s and PTA’s throughout 2 of their local, state-of-the-art outpatient facilities.

Patient Population : The organization specializes in providing the most advanced care for a wide range of simple to medically complex orthopedic conditions and diagnoses.

Very minimal Medicare patients.

As the Outpatient Physical Therapy Director , you will be responsible for the operational and clinical oversight of the Physical Therapy staff, consisting of PTs, PTAs and 2 PT Managers.

Additional Responsibilities include :

• Oversee the daily clinical operations of the outpatient therapy services.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand and enhance the physical therapy services offered.
• Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of clinic staff, ensuring adherence to professional standards and best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate patient satisfaction levels, implement initiatives to address areas of improvement, and ensure high levels of patient care and service.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure the best possible outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Participate in professional development activities, staying up to date with the latest advancements in the field of physical therapy.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to meet patient needs.

Compensation : $105,000 - $130,000 / yr

• Compensation is based on years of experience

Qualifications :

• Current VA licensure as a Physical Therapist
• At least 5 years of experience as an Outpatient Physical Therapist with a strong clinical skill set working with an orthopedic patient population
• At least 2 years of Clinic Manager or Director experience in an outpatient facility
• Experience overseeing 2-3 locations preferred, NOT required
