Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our medical/surgical team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure the highest quality of care for our patients. This is a full-time position in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs, symptoms, and progress
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures, such as sonography and tube feeding
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Adhere to hospital standards, policies, and procedures to maintain patient safety and confidentiality
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their healthcare needs
- Perform IV insertion and manage IV therapy as needed
- Utilize electronic medical record systems to accurately document patient information

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of [state]
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
