Position Summary
The Forensic Building & Construction Specialist will perform building conditions assessments, diagnose building issues requiring some level of repair or renovation, and report on the various situations, including design resolution, budget cost estimations, and scheduling for repairs and/or upgrades.
In addition, will have manage investigation and litigation support projects involving damage to structures from accidents, catastrophes, construction defects and/or other adverse conditions. The Forensic Building Specialist will be required to coordinate with other team members and project managers on interdisciplinary efforts. Position requires some level of marketing to support expansion of business opportunities.
