Are you an experienced leader with a passion for optimizing logistics and driving operational excellence? We're seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities :
Daily Operations : Responsible for daily pull, pack, and ship, operations. Required ability to lift 40 lb boxes.
Process Optimization : Analyze current workflows and identify areas for improvement. Implement best practices to maximize accuracy, productivity, and safety within the warehouse.
Inventory Control : Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring accurate tracking, timely replenishment, and minimal discrepancies.
Quality Assurance : Maintain and enforce quality control standards to guarantee the integrity of products throughout the handling and storage processes.
Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments such as supply chain, transportation, and customer service to ensure seamless end-to-end operations.
Account Management : Liaison with clients, suppliers and transport companies (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). Update and maintain content on company website(s) and assist in the development and execution of ecommerce sales and marketing campaigns.
Operations Reporting : Produce reports and statistics regularly (inventory status report, monthly sales reports, reconciliation reports, etc.)
Team Management : Manage, train, and mentor warehouse personnel. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture that encourages skill development and career growth.
Ensure warehouse associates understand and meet expectations for ongoing and special project assignments.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (2 years) in warehouse operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory management, and industry best practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate across departments.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software.
Problem-solving mindset and a track record of implementing process improvements.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
Compensation :
Full-time salary : $65,000
