Ghostrx is currently interviewing Registered Nurses for coverage at the Menlo Park Veteran Affairs in the Long Term Care unit.

SHIFTS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE:

• 7:30A-4P (Day shift)
• 11:30 P -8:00A(Night shift )

Required

• 2 years experience
• Must have BLS

Functions as an integral member of the extended care team.

• - Interfacing with patients, physicians, and family members in an extended care living center setting.
• - Implement the plan of care demonstrating knowledge of the responsibilities of the RN and NA for all stages of care.
• - Works in partnership with the health care team in implementing standards of care in accordance with the purpose, philosophy and objectives of nursing, while being a positive team player.
• - Supervise care given and services rendered in the community living center and hospice by other professional and non-professional staff.
• - Responsible for maintenance, care and use of equipment used, applying principles of asepsis, therapeutic and technical knowledge to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Provides family and patient teaching

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
