Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Aides. As a Home Care Aide, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, elderly individuals, or those in need of assistance with daily activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients
- Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Support clients in maintaining a clean and organized living environment
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Engage in meaningful activities with clients to promote socialization and companionship
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals

Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related roles is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR is beneficial
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required for certain positions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
