GHAMA ZONE KOREAN is an upscale Restaurant offering a diverse Korean-inspired selection, from traditional fare to modern interpretation, as well as full, specialized sushi bar.

GHAMA ZONE KOREAN is planning to open on first week of JANUARY 2024. We are looking for experienced B.O.H./ F.O.H. staff members to join our team.

We are currently looking for full/part time.

B.O.H. Candidates Must-

Be able to work weekends

Able to scale recipes and follow directions

At times it might be necessary to lift up to 50lb

Must be able to manage time on your shift/schedule

s/he must be able to operate kitchen equipment as well as have the ability to use knives appropriately and maintain their integrity

Experience working in hands-on, fast paced, high volume environment

Experience mentoring and training hourly team members

Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction to your teams

Experience in a casual restaurant or upscale dining

involvement/understanding of managing inventory, cost of goods and overall control of financial

Supplemental pay type:

Hourly / Plus over time. Working 5 days of week or part-time

Pay: $13.00 ~$30.00 per hour (Depends on Exp.)

F.O.H Staff candidates must-

Must be able to manage time on your shift/schedule

Must be able to articulate clearly to Team Members, other members of Manegement, and our Guests

Accountable for following and executing all state safety and sanitation guidelines

Holds accountable for dress code standards

supports the execution of inventory

ensure all side work is completed for clean and safe environment

Handles Guests service issues professionally and with compassion

Must be able to stand and walk for periods of eight to ten hours in length each shift

Must be able to reach, bend, balance and transport various objects weighing up to 30 lbs. repeatedly during the shift
