• Plan, direct, and/or coordinate activities concerned with the MEP functions at the construction site, from the AE point of view
• Serve as a liaison between the contractor, architect and engineers
• Review, comment, and approve construction documents
• Review, comment, and approve shop submittals
• Review, comment, and approve Request For Information (RFI’s) forms
• Provide field checks and/or investigations as per request of office team
• Gather site/facility photos during and upon completion of the project.
• Attend construction meetings on behalf of AE Team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or Construction Technology field preferred

• 10 years of experience with construction and the administration of construction contracts
• Experience in Mechanical and Electrical engineering preferred
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred

• Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Schedule, AutoCAD and Revit experience preferred
• Excellent communication and written skills
