Paid Media/PPC Specialist - GG Homes | San Diego, CA

Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for data-driven decision-making? GG Homes is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical PPC Specialist to join our marketing team.

Role Overview: As a PPC Specialist at GG Homes, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing PPC campaigns on Google Ads. Your analytical mindset and attention to detail will drive the success of our marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data analysis, enjoys independent work, and excels in making informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve ad relevance and click-through rates.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign budgets and targeting.
  • Implement conversion tracking and attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates for Google Ads and other PPC channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PPC strategies with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on PPC performance, optimizations, and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in PPC campaign management, preferably on Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other PPC platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC and SEM.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency with additional PPC platforms such as Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
  • Google Ads Certification.

Compensation:
