GForce Life Sciences is Hiring a System Administrator Near Alabama, AL

Summary

Our client, a clinical-stage, research-based drug discovery biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a consultant to provide Laboratory Systems Management support. The right candidate will have experience as an administrator with Empower by Waters. This person will report to the Quality Assurance group and work cross-functionally with other groups.


Duties / Expectations of Role

  • Coordinate lab management activities including new instrument implementations, annual re-qualifications/repairs, and calibrations cross-functionally between departments
  • Serve as the application administrator for laboratory instrument software:
  • Perform risk analysis of laboratory IT applications for applicable system audit trail review
  • Perform system audit trail reviews for applications in QA/QC and Manufacturing.
  • Review, Revise or write SOPs.
  • Assist in new GMP system implementations
  • Serve as data integrity champion to identify and enhance systems as required
  • Other duties as requested may include, but not limited to: Assisting with raw material receipt, Supplier/Vendor monitoring, Review/Approve change requests

Mandatory Requirements

  • Administrator experience with Empower by Waters

Term & Start

  • 6 month contract with possibility of extension or conversion to permanent
  • Onsite 3 days a week in Huntsville, Alabama. Biweekly onsite flexibility for the right candidate
  • Full time (40hrs/week); benefits included – health, dental, vision, 401k
