Responsibilities:

Examine market trends to establish pricing that balances costs, competition, and supply and demand

Consult with sales managers and stakeholders to evaluate the company's performance

Use marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other ways to actively pursue new business

Hire, train, and motivate your team to provide better customer service to your clients

Build customer loyalty while generating new revenue by developing long-term relationships

Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This position requires a high school diploma or GED, and a bachelors degree in marketing or hospitality being preferred

Marketing expertise and knowledge of sales department best practices are needed for this position

Prior sales and marketing experience of 5 years, including some in a sales management role, is required

Proficiency in basic computer skills and software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
