The Box Office Associate is the point of contact for all ticketing matters including single ticket purchases, group sales, subscriptions, internal comp ticket and certificate requests and more. They work closely with Front of House during performance let-in to solve any patron or ticketing issues. The Box Office Associate will also work on database upkeep, patron engagement, and other office administration tasks as assigned.

The ideal associate needs to be personable and able to maintain a consistent work ethic and standard, with excellent phone and customer service skills and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel and Outlook) and comfort with using a computer-based ticketing system (Spektrix) are important. 2 years of customer service experience is ideal. Previous experience working in a professional box office is preferred, but is not required.

The position is part time, for approximately 20 hours a week in the afternoons and evenings, including weekends. Pay rate is $15.00 an hour.
