Qualifications

General Duties

• Making outbound calls to generate appointments
• Educating guest on the options available through Vehicle Exchange
• Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly reporting
• Tracking all activity in CRM
• Developing relationships with guest
• Leading customers through the entire acquisition process
• Appraise trades
• Following up with customers after the acquisition

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Good work ethic and strong desire to advance in this industry.
• Ability to meet the hours requirements
• Must be high energy and highly detailed and display honesty and integrity.
