Our Mission:

GetSidekicks is on a mission to make military life easier. We help military parents looking for childcare book vetted and verified caregivers who are military-affiliated! The care takes place at the home of the parent(s), and the caregiver gets paid directly from the family.

We are currently looking for individuals that have been trained by the military CDC to join our community!

Position: Independent Contractor

• You have a military affiliation: Active duty, veteran, DOD civilian, Guard, Reservist, retired military, a spouse of someone in these groups, a Gold Star family, or you have a parent that served.
• You love kids: You love kids and military kids have a special place in your heart.
• You are looking for purpose-driven work: You understand the military lifestyle and you aren't out to nickel-and-dime families.
• You are adaptable: You know that military kids have their ups-and-downs - and you are able to adapt to what that kid needs in that moment.

Pay: $16.97 - $25.00 per hour
