Part Time Position
$22.00 per hour
We are looking for a friendly, professional and detailed oriented person to assist us in our busy Chiropractic Office.
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (or every other Friday if you wish, as other staff member is willing to alternate).
Monday and Wednesday from 7am until 6pm
Friday from 7am until 3pm
(30 hours per week)
Duties Required - Answering phones, scheduling appointments on the computer, filing, handling all intake paperwork, taking payments, and if you know how to use Medisoft Billing Software that is a big plus.
Attire - We will pay for and provide 2 sets of scrubs for you so you do not have to worry about work clothes if you like, but if you prefer to wear your own clothing, we request professional attire.
Professional appearance - we ask that all visible tattoos and excessive piercings be covered up during you shifts at our clinic.
Hours - Our clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 7Am - 6PM and Fridays from 7AM to 3PM.
Salary - $22 per hour paid via payroll with Paychex every 2 weeks.
There is not any health insurance or 401K offered.
