Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
18 years old
RBT Certification: Hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or be eligible for certification within the next 60 days. We'll guide you through the process if you still need to be certified!
Pass a background check and fingerprint clearance
Have a dependable vehicle
Have a current driver’s license and auto insurance
Show proof of a negative TB test; and submit proof of immunity or immunization to covid, rubella, rubeola, varicella, measles, and pertussis. The last pertussis vaccination must have been completed within the last 10 years.
Complete and pass a pre-employment physical
Working environment
This position requires regular sitting, stooping, reaching, walking, standing, reading, seeing, speaking, hearing, listening, organizing, interpreting data and information, operating office equipment, typing using a computer keyboard, and viewing a computer screen monitor, and occasional lifting of objects of up to 40 pounds. The working environment consists of an indoor and climate-controlled setting the majority of the time, and activities occurring in an outdoor non-climate controlled setting are occasional. The working environment entails working directly with toddlers, preschool aged children, school aged children, adolescents, and adults with various types of developmental disabilities the majority of the time, and with high volume auditory sounds and activities occurring frequently.

Job Types: Part-time/Full-Time
Salary: $20 - $24.00 per hour for RBT certified hires/ $19 during on-boarding training for non-certified staff. GST will pay expenses for certification with expectation that staff will complete certification within the first 45-days of employment. Staff will receive pay increase upon proof of certification. $16/hour for shifts canceled by the patient. Staff report to the office to complete office-work duties when the patient is out or staff may choose to take the time period off.
