Your RoleAs a Senior Sourcing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our procurement strategy, driving high-value initiatives and projects globally, with a special focus on technology. Your responsibilities will include leveraging sourcing tools and processes to conduct market research, identify optimal procurement scenarios, and lead supplier negotiations. Ultimately, you'll play a key role in achieving annual savings targets, enhancing efficiency, and optimizing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) while fostering strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal teams to guide high-value indirect spend and handle ad hoc requests.
Lead cross-functional teams through end-to-end sourcing project plans, including supplier risk analyses, negotiation plans, and supplier selection.
Drive key sourcing activities such as need identification, market research, competitive bid reviews, and direct negotiations.
Analyze procurement spend to identify savings opportunities and assist in developing a roadmap for achieving targets.
Act as a decision-maker for sourcing strategies, including RFx, multi-bid, market test, and direct negotiations.
Utilize your expertise in the technology domain to drive successful outcomes aligned with company strategy.
Requirements6-8 years of relevant experience across supply chain, with a focus on strategic sourcing and contract negotiation.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Proven track record of delivering results in technology procurement within a dynamic environment.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and negotiate successfully.
Demonstrated ability to lead major initiatives and drive outcomes across all levels of an organization.
Self-motivated, innovative thinker with outstanding planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
