What You'll DoAs an IT Analyst for Supply Chain, you'll be a vital part of our mission to optimize demand planning, production, and inventory control. Your role will be dynamic and multifaceted, involving system maintenance, user assistance, data analysis, system enhancements, and training. Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Support: Manage and support the Demand Planning, Production, and Inventory Control Planning modules. Daily Operations: Handle daily change requests, perform system maintenance, and assist users with their queries and scenario modeling. Data Management: Set up master data for new products, suppliers, and locations, ensuring smooth data flow across all planning areas. Data Analysis: Write and validate SQL queries, extract data for analysis, and develop dashboards to identify trends using tools like Tableau, SAP/BI, Power BI, and Python. Training & Development: Train users on system functionalities, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to utilize the system effectively. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve supply chain issues using advanced analytical tools, aiming to prevent future occurrences. Project Coordination: Act as a project coordinator, prioritizing business needs and collaborating with key stakeholders. Innovation & Improvement: Introduce system enhancements and new technologies to improve operational efficiency. What We're Looking ForA Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in supply chain analysis or a related role. Expertise in production and inventory control, data analysis, and supply chain management tools. Proficiency in MS SQL, MS Access, and MS Excel. Experience with tools like Tableau, SAP/BI, Power BI, or Python is highly desirable.
