What You'll Do
- Scout potential real estate opportunities within the Greater Phoenix area.
- Conduct thorough property assessments, analyze financial data, and determine investment viability.
- Engage in negotiations with property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable deals.
- Collaborate closely with our legal and finance departments to ensure compliance and transparency throughout the acquisition process.
- Deliver comprehensive findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Oversee the end-to-end acquisition process, taking ownership of each stage from initiation to completion.
- Expertise: Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate acquisition with a proven track record of success.
- Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Arizona real estate market and the factors influencing investment opportunities.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to navigate complex deals and cultivate mutually beneficial agreements.
- Financial Acumen: Strong numerical aptitude to assess the financial viability of potential investments.
- Interpersonal Abilities: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Integrity: Commitment to conducting business ethically and upholding our values of honesty and integrity.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work full-time hours (40-50 hours per week), with occasional weekend availability as needed.
This position is based in Greater Phoenix, Arizona, with the possibility of occasional local travel. Remote work options may be available.
