Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and clients, adeptly addressing objections to facilitate successful deals.
- Promptly respond to all leads, driving business momentum forward.
- Conduct comparative analyses on subject properties.
- Extend offers to homeowners.
- Utilize our CRM system daily, ensuring meticulous tracking of interactions and monitoring of the sales process.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads until resolution.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and persuasive sales techniques.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
