Get It Recruit - Hospitality is Hiring a Remote Manager, Digital Media Campaign Onboarding - Remote | WFH

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Campaign Onboarding Manager to lead our team responsible for ensuring successful execution of digital advertising campaigns. In this pivotal role, you will act as the liaison between our sales teams, clients, and fulfillment operations, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivering exceptional results that exceed client expectations.
As the Campaign Onboarding Manager, you will oversee the entire digital campaign onboarding process, streamlining workflows, and creating efficiencies to enhance productivity. You will guide your team through the execution of client requests, setting priorities, and ensuring adherence to internal and external expectations.
Additionally, you will collaborate closely with peers within the Digital Ad Operations Center of Excellence, mitigating and preventing escalated issues, resolving stakeholder concerns, and monitoring productivity. Your role will involve executing strategies to optimize processes, retain talent, and maintain a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of digital ad products, fulfillment processes, and vendor partnerships to effectively launch and maintain campaigns that achieve advertiser goals and KPIs.
  • Manage and develop an interdisciplinary team of digital ad operations resources, including hiring, retaining, coaching, and fostering their professional growth.
  • Oversee the execution and management of digital campaigns across a diversified product portfolio, supporting multiple field offices.
  • Develop workflow solutions and best practices to enhance team efficiency and enable scalability to manage increasing order volumes.
  • Review and approve exceptions to standardized product catalogs and SLAs, ensuring compliance with internal and vendor SLAs.
  • Monitor campaign performance, recommend optimization strategies, and ensure timely execution of campaign onboarding activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Liaise between sales teams, clients, and fulfillment providers, addressing inquiries, issues, and facilitating continuous improvement in service quality and campaign results.
  • Educate and train sales teams on fulfillment best practices to ensure proper campaign execution.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role
  • 5 years of experience in digital advertising operations or fulfillment roles
  • 5 years of experience in customer service, working directly with sales and marketers
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem
  • Proven skills in digital campaign management, including processing, trafficking, monitoring performance against SLAs and KPIs
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, analytical problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Keen problem-solving abilities, proactively identifying and troubleshooting potential issues
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and excels at "getting things done"
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to build strong working relationships and consistently meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize assignments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn and apply new concepts and tools
  • Analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and interpret results
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for training, digital media events, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Marketing, Business Administration)
  • 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • 2 years of experience as a media buyer or planner, advertising agency work, marketing, or public relations role
  • Prior experience with DV360, Amazon DSP, Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, DSPs, or similar advertising systems and technologies
This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary within the range of $88,300 - $147,100 per year, based on location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Additionally, the position may be eligible for an incentive program and a comprehensive benefits package.
