Job SummaryWe're on the lookout for a seasoned Business Development & Partnerships Manager to cultivate relationships with specialist physician offices and other key stakeholders. Your primary goal will be to increase referral volume and revenue. As a crucial ambassador for our brand, you'll establish trust with both external and internal partners, driving growth and fostering positive outcomes for patients and physicians alike.
Key ResponsibilitiesExpand revenue for assigned locations by securing referrals from specialist physician offices prescribing infusion therapy.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including specialist physician office staff, primary care providers, pharmaceutical representatives, payer case managers, benefits consultants, and employers.
Collaborate closely with providers, referral partners, and our operations team to ensure optimal patient and physician experiences.
Elevate brand visibility through participation in networking events, conferences, local community activities, and more.
Serve as a liaison between referring practices and our operations team, ensuring seamless referral processes and timely patient capture.
Foster positive and collaborative relationships with pharmaceutical representatives and other referral sources within your territory.
Provide detailed and timely reports using CRM systems and other management tools.
Exceed sales quotas through proactive engagement and relationship-building efforts.
Qualifications And RequirementsBachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
Customer-centric mindset with a competitive spirit.
Positive attitude with a commitment to continuous self-improvement.
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software.
Preferred experience in direct interaction with healthcare professionals and knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
Ability to travel within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight stays.
Must be located in or near Sterling, VA.
